The initial price of one percent share of Ukrtelecom, set by the State Property Fund, is 215,351,850 UAH (one USD=5.05 UAH).
The initial price of one share is 1.15 UAH (the nominal price of one share is 25 kopecks).
As the SPF press service reported, one percent parcel will be divided into 40 lots 4.5 million shares each (the total of 207 million UAH) and one lot of 7.262 million shares (8,351.5 million UAH).
The State Property Fund announced its intention to put one percent parcel of Ukrtelecom shares at an auction on May 22. The SPF means to sell five percent of Ukrtelecom shares at auctions.
The state owns 50+1 percent of Ukrtelecom.
