Rada will ask Constitutional Court justices to defy dismissal

Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada has urged Constitutional Court justices Syuzanna Stanyk and Valeriy Pshenychny, dismissed by President Viktor Yushchenko, to continue performing their duties.

"We have asked the justices to defy the presidential decree as unlawful," deputy leader of the Party of Regions faction Vasyl Kyselyov told Interfax. "The parliament will pass a relevant resolution on Thursday," he said.
