Working group on judicial reform meets at Presidential Administration


Participants of the meeting discussed issues in selection of candidates for a judge office, early dismissal of judges and executive chairmen of courts, etc..


In addition, participants of meeting pointed to the need to shorten the term for filling a vacant post of judge. Currently, the term between the opening of a vacancy and actual start of a new judge’s work may be up to two years.
