Defence Ministry: Ukrainian peace-keepers back from Iraq

Today in the international Boryspil Airport a plane of Military Aviation of the USA has landed which transported to the Motherland 29 officers of Ukrainian peace-keeping personnel who had winded up their mission within the Coalition Forces in the Republic of Iraq.

The welcoming ceremony was attended by Deputy Head of General Headquarters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Vice-Admiral Ihor Knyaz, head of the second centre of Euro-Atlantic Integration department of General Headquarters of the AFU Lieutenant Colonel Olexandr Muzyka, representatives of other kinds of Armed Forces of Ukraine and relatives of the officers.
