President Victor Yushchenko met with Ukrainian athletes, who won medals in the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.
Speaking to the athletes President thanked them on behalf of Ukrainian nation for their courage, strength of spirit and ability to break the barriers on the way towards victory.
He also awarded the champions with national decorations.
